1. Ultra-high hardness and exceptional wear resistance

    Alumina ceramic bushings feature a Mohs hardness of 9 (second only to diamond) and a Rockwell hardness of 80–90 HRA, far surpassing wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. Their wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron; they maintain extremely low wear rates (as low as 0.01 mm/1,000 hours) even under heavy-load, high-speed friction conditions, significantly extending equipment service life.
