Aluminum Nitride Ceramic

Aluminum nitride(AIN) ceramics possess high thermal conductivity (up to 180-230 W/(m·K)), making them one of the most thermally conductive ceramic materials, approaching that of metals. They also exhibit good insulation, a coefficient of thermal expansion matching silicon (approximately 4.2 × 10⁻⁶/°C), excellent high-temperature resistance (capable of long-term operation above 1000°C), and chemical stability. Non-toxic and harmless, they are widely used in high-power LED heat dissipation substrates, power module packaging, IGBT substrates, and high-temperature structural components, making them ideal electronic heat dissipation and packaging materials.
