Product Description

Ceramic Sealers are high-performance ceramic sealing elements with alumina (Al₂O₃) as the main component, widely used in electronic packaging, vacuum equipment, high-temperature industries, and chemical industries. Due to their excellent insulation, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability, alumina ceramic sealers have become the mainstream choice for high-reliability sealing structures. Depending on the alumina content, they can be divided into different grades such as 95% alumina and 99% alumina. 95% alumina ceramic sealers achieve a good balance between mechanical strength and cost, while 99% high-purity alumina is suitable for more demanding precision applications.

  2. Mounting hole specifications: compatible with M3/M4 screws, standard hole spacing 10-20mm, tolerance ±0.1mm
  3. Compatible heating wire: supports 0.3-1.0mm diameter nickel-chromium/iron-chromium-aluminum heating wire
  4. Ceramic material: 95%/99% alumina optional, surface glazing can be applied to improve insulation

Metallization and Sealing Technology

Alumina ceramics are inherently difficult to weld directly to metals; therefore, metallization is typically used to achieve reliable ceramic-metal sealing:

  1. Mo-Mn metallization system: a metallization layer is formed on the ceramic surface, followed by nickel plating to obtain a suitable metal interface for brazing. this is currently the most mature process route.
  2. Active brazing technology: chemical bonding between ceramics and metals is achieved directly through active brazing filler metal.
  3. Air tightness: high-quality alumina ceramic sealers can achieve an air tightness of ≤10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s, meeting the requirements of ultra-high vacuum applications.
  4. Sealing strength: Ceramic Metal bond strength ≥120 MPa, ensuring structural reliability for long-term use.
