Alumina Ceramic Screws are precision fasteners made primarily of high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃). Based on alumina content, they are available in two main specifications: 95% alumina ceramic screws and 99% alumina ceramic screws. Manufactured using isostatic pressing combined with precision CNC machining, the products have a dense, non-porous microstructure and possess excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability.

Product Description

Alumina Screws possess core advantages such as high temperature resistance (up to 1600℃), full electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties, strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high hardness and wear resistance, and cleanliness without exudation. They perfectly solve the industry pain points of metal screws being prone to rust and conductivity and softening at high temperatures, and plastic screws being prone to deformation and corrosion.   1. Thread Standard: primarily Metric M2-M16, supporting Imperial, American, and non-standard trapezoidal threads;

  3. Dimensional Accuracy: thread accuracy up to 6H grade, diameter tolerance ±0.05mm, length tolerance ±0.1mm;
  4. Thread Form: full thread/Partial thread, supporting customized anti-loosening threads and special thread profiles;
  5. Surface Finish: matte frosted, mirror polished, burr-free, pore-free, meeting SEMI cleanliness standards for semiconductors.

  1. Ceramic screws are relatively brittle; avoid hammering or excessive torque during installation. It is recommended to use a matching ceramic nut.
  2. Temperature Control: Avoid rapid cooling and heating to prevent thermal shock and cracking.
  3. Matching Recommendations: Recommended for use with ceramic nuts. When using with metal threads, ensure proper tolerance matching.
