Product Description

Silicon nitride Plates, with their comprehensive advantages including high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, high wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and low density, have become one of the most widely used materials in industrial ceramics. Their performance stability is outstanding under harsh conditions such as 1200℃ high temperature, corrosive fluids, and high-speed friction. Compared with traditional metal materials, their service life can be increased by several to tens of times. They also possess lightweight and insulating properties, making them a key preferred alternative to traditional materials such as metals and quartz in the upgrading of high-end equipment.

High Temperature Stability it can operate continuously at temperatures below 1200°C, with short-term temperature resistance up to 1400°C, and exhibits minimal strength degradation at high temperatures.
Mechanical Strength with a flexural strength of 800–1000 MPa and a fracture toughness of 6–8 MPa·m¹/², these properties far exceed those of ordinary structural ceramics.
Wear-resistant and Self-lubricating with a low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance, it is suitable for oil-free lubrication and high-load conditions.
